Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Adjustments
Sunroof, adjustment
Carried out on closed sunroof.
Carry out adjustment on sunroof mounts (see picture).
Sunroof front edge must be 0-1.5 mm below vehicle roof.
Highest point on sunroof must be level with vehicle roof and max 1.5 mm below it.
Sunroof rear edge must be 0-1 mm above roof edge.
Fine adjustments of sunroof can be made lengthwise by using screws in control mechanism (see picture).
Loosen screws in control mechanism and slide sunroof forward.
Tighten screws.
Note: These screws are not fitted on later model sun roofs.
Pull forward headlining. Secure to front edge.
Open sunroof to ventilation position.
Hook headlining to rear catches.
Check operation of sunroof.
