Cable connections
Installing new relay on cable harness

Select the cable harness (P/N 9148756) supplied with kit

Attach the relay in the kit to the 5-pin connector which is attached to the same end of the cable harness as the black-red cable

Attaching cable harness with relay
Cars without passenger airbag

Attach relay and cable harness above the beater vacuum reservoir, using a strip clamp.
Cars with passenger airbag:

Attach relay and cable harness to the plastic bracket near evaporator housing.
All cars:

Route the red-black cable inside the center console side panel to the central electronics module.

Connect cable to fuse 6 at terminal 4 on CEM.

Use Strip clamp to attach to existing cable harness.
Install cables from relay to connector.

Locate connector on cable between heater and dashboard (on side of center console).

Separate connector and connect connector halves, from the new cable harness to the existing for the respective model years:
