Connect 4-pin connector with 3 cables included in the kit cable hamess, to existing connector.
1992-95 cars (shown here):

Connect 2-pin connector, included in the cable harness kit to existing connection

Connect the two open connectors to each other.

Remove the connector furthest down from the blower resistor.

Connection of new connector in blower motor resistor and cable harness.

Connector cable harness 2-pin connector between the detached connector and the terminal furthest down on the blower resistor.
