(B) Connect the unused existing black 4.pin connector in one of the new harness connectors Leave the other connector unused.

Connection and mounting control module in cars without SRS (Airbag) and knee bolster

Connect control module and cable harness connectors.

Apply three butyl tape sections on the control module.

Install control module on dashboard side section with butyl tape.

Connection and mounting control module in cars with SRS (Airbag) and knee bolster

Install control module on front of air duct under glove compartment with butyl tape and strip clamps round duct and control module as shown.

Clamp cable harness with 2 strip clamps in existing cable harness at side of SRS (Airbag) module, one as near the connector as possible so that no
noise occurs due to vibration on uneven road surfaces.
