Turn the constant velocity joint's inner ring and bearing race and remove the ball bearings clockwise one at a time. Use the etching as a starting
point for removal.

Place the ball bearings in order so that they can be reinstalled in the same positions.
Remove the bearing race and the inner ring from the shaft.

Turn the inner ring 90° in relation to the bearing race.

Remove the inner ring.

Remove the lock ring from the inner ring.
Wash the constant velocity joint components thoroughly.
