Install the boot and panel on the gear selector lever.

Installing the support ring on the gear selector lever  

Note:  The chamfered edge must be upwards. The groove must be facing backwards. Install the support ring on the gear selector lever.

Installing the gear selector lever knob on the gear selector lever  

Press the gear selector lever knob down over the support ring until it locks.

Installing the bracket and boot on the gear selector lever 

Pull the panel upwards slightly towards the gear selector lever knob.
