Using a pair of channel lock type pliers, release the arm from the splines on the shaft so it rotates freely.

Note! 

Adjust the wipers as illustrated in A and B so that the blade is approximately 5 mm (0.2") above the stop after the nut has been tightened.

Adjust the position of the wiper arm as illustrated.

Position the wiper blade 5 mm (0.2") from the stop.

Counter hold the wiper arm by hand while tightening the nut 4 Nm (3Ftlb).

Check that wiper arms park horizontally.
