Remove:

-

the screw for the cross stay and wheel spindle. Release the stay and let it rest against the top of the wheel spindle.

-

- the screw of the longitudinal stay and the wheel spindle

-

the screw of the control arm and wheel spindle

Lower the control arm with the tensioner. The spring is now unloaded.
Lower the tensioner. Twist the tensioner so that it is positioned along the length of the car.
Press the control arm down by hand. Remove the spring.
