Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
    Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, General Procedures).
  1. Refer to: Air Cleaner - 1.6L Duratorq-TDCi (DV) Diesel (303-12A Intake Air Distribution and Filtering, Removal and Installation).

  1. Torque: 35 Nm
  1. Refer to: Lifting (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).

  1. Torque: 10 Nm

  1. Torque:
    1 8 Nm
    2 12 Nm

  1. Torque: 35 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
