Replace the door's window actuation (front door) -

 Remove
| 2. |
Detach front door inner panelling 
|
|
| 3. |
Partly loosen water vapour barrier

Remove 2x holding angles
|
|
|
| 4. |
Detach outer channel strip
Note: Prise off window
channel strip from inside with the appropriate tool

Unclip window channel strip from the rear window frame
bracket
|
| • |
Remove fastening clip from the outer window frames
|
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
Remove rear sash window guide rail
| • |
Bore out 2x blind rivets
|
|
| 7. |
Take out rear sash window guide rail
|
| 8. |
Loosen front door sash window
Note: Guide the sash
window so in position that the fastening bolts align with the top
mounting holes

Unscrew 2x bolt
| – |
Unhinge window winder from its sash guide
|
|
|
|
| 9. |
Remove front door sash window
| • |
Unhinge sash window from the window winder guide pieces
|
| • |
Remove sash window upwards
Note: Drive window
actuation downward and simultaneously tilt the sash window
forwards! A 2nd mechanic is required to retain the sash window!

Remove window winder
| • |
Bore out 6x blind rivets
| – |
Dispose of remains of rivets
|
|
|
| 11. |
Remove window winder
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug.
|
|
|
|
| 12. |
Detach motor from linkage
|
|
|
Install
| 13. |
Attach motor to linkage
|
| 14. |
Insert window winder
| • |
Connect wiring harness plug
|
|
| 15. |
Install window winder
| • |
Rivet on 6x blind rivets
|
|
| 16. |
Install front door sash window
Note: Gently drive
window actuation upward and simultaneously tilt the sash window
forwards! A 2nd mechanic is required to retain the sash window!

Position the sash window downwards
|
| • |
Hang sash window in window winder guide pieces
|
|
| 17. |
Fasten front door sash window
Note: Guide the sash
window so in position that the fastening bolts align with the
mounting holes!
Fasten front door sash window
| • |
Tighten 2x bolts
| – |
Hang window winder arm in the sash window guide
|
| – |
Guide sash window upwards and place evenly in rubber seal
|
|
|
| 18. |
Position rear sash window guide rail
|
| 19. |
Install rear sash window guide rail
| • |
Rivet on 2x blind rivets
|
|
| 20. |
Install outer channel strip
| • |
Install fastening clip on the outer window frame
|
| • |
Clip in window channel strip in the window channel bracket
|
| • |
Press the window channel strip onto the door folding
|
|
| 21. |
Fasten water vapour barrier
| • |
Install 2x holding angles
|
|
| 22. |
Attach front door inner panelling
|
|
