Replace the door's front sash window (front door) - L67

  Remove

1.   Detach front door inner panelling LUREF_1.gif
Object Number: 8125784 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Detach water vapour barrier
•   Detach external mirror wiring harness
– Remove 2x cable brackets (2)
•   Remove 2x holding angles (1)
– Remove 2x pins

Object Number: 10677740 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Remove channel strip
Note:   Prise off window channel strips (1) from inside with the appropriate tool!
•   Detach 5x clamps (3)
•   Remove 2x rubber stops, side (arrows)
•   Remove from guide

4.   Detach front door sash window
Note:   Guide the sash window so in position that the fastening bolts align with the mounting holes!
•   Unscrew 3x bolt (1)
5.   Remove front door sash window
•   Unhinge sash window from the window winder guide (2)
•   Remove sash window upwards

  Install

6.   Positioning front door sash window
•   Hang sash window in window winder guide pieces
7.   Fasten front door sash window
Note:   Guide the sash window so in position that the fastening bolts align with the mounting holes!
•   Tighten 3x bolt
8.   Install channel strips
•   Insert into guide
•   Attach 5x clamps
•   Install 2x rubber plugs
9.   Install water vapour barrier
•   Attach external mirror wiring harness
– Replace 2x cable brackets
•   Install 2x holding angles
– Impress 2x pins
10.   Attach front door inner panelling LUREF_1.gif
