Replace outer window channel seal (front door) - L67 > < Replace the door's front sash window (front door) - L67

Replace front sash window guide of the door (front door) - L67

  Remove

1.   Remove channel strip
Object Number: 10677903 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Partially detach water vapour barrier (1)
•   Detach external mirror wiring harness (3)
– Remove 2x cable brackets
3.   Remove front window guide (2)
•   Detach window guide from guide rail
– Remove rubber plugs
– Remove outer mirror from guide bracket

  Install

4.   Install front window guide
Note:   Use appropriate lubricant (soap suds) to easy installation
•   Attach window guide in guide rail
– Insert outer mirror in guide bracket
– Install rubber plug
5.   Partially install water vapour barrier
•   Attach external mirror wiring harness
– Replace 2x cable brackets
6.   Install channel strips
