Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (1.6L LLU)

1.	Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

2.	Remove the engine coolant air bleed hose (2) from the radiator surge tank (1).

3.	Remove the clamp.

4.	Remove the engine coolant air bleed hose (2) from the turbocharger return hose (3).

5.	Remove the clamp.

1.	Install the engine coolant air bleed hose (2) to the turbocharger return hose (3).

2.	Install the clamp.

3.	Install the engine coolant air bleed hose (2) to the radiator surge tank (1).

4.	Install the clamp.

5.	Fill the coolant system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
