Removing

Place the car on a ramp.

Raise the lift.

1. Loosen the collar securing the rear exhaust silencer to the front section.

1. Prise up the exhaust silencer pins from the rubber blocks.

2. Lower the rear exhaust silencer and remove.

Refitting

Fit the rear exhaust silencer, attaching the rubber mountings to the corresponding pins.

Connect the rear silencer to the intermediate silencer pipe and tighten the coupling colour bolt to torque.

Removing

Position the vehicle on the ramp.

1. Loosen the collar securing the rear exhaust silencer to the rigid exhaust pipe.

1. Remove the rear exhaust silencer after having released it from the flexible mountings and from the rigid exhaust pipe.

Refitting

Place the rear exhaust silencer back in its housing, connect it to the rigid exhaust pipe and secure it using the flexible mountings.

Tighten the collar fastening the intermediate exhaust silencer to the rigid exhaust pipe.

Remove the car from the ramps.
