I90 Follow me home function is not activated

NOTA: This function makes it possible to keep the dipped headlamps on after the key-off for a period or multiple of 30 seconds (max. 210 secs) if the headlamp flasher lever is operated (for no more than 2 seconds) within 2 minutes of the key-off.
