Description

Air Induction System

Intake air is filtered and then passed through mass air flow (MAF) meters. Signals from the MAF meters are fed to the PCMs and are used together with other signals in calculating the required amount of fuel (Air fuel ratio approx. 14.3 parts air to 1.0 part fuel by weight). The air then passes through the throttle bodies into the six branch inlet manifolds.
