  WARNING
The brake pedal travel must not be restricted by additional floor coverings.
t  Lubricate all bearings and contact surfaces with grease -G 000 450 02-.
   
1 - Mounting bracket for pedal cluster
q   Illustration for vehicle with automatic gearbox
q   Removing and installing; vehicles with manual gearbox → Chapter
q   Removing and installing; vehicles with automatic gearbox → Chapter
2 - Sleeve
3 - Shaft for brake pedal
4 - Pivot pin
5 - Securing clip (spring steel), right-side
→ ETKA
6 - Washer
7 - Bolt for accelerator pedal module
q   8 Nm
8 - Accelerator pedal module
9 - Bolt for pedal bracket
q   20 Nm
10 - Brake light sensor
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
11 - Bolt for pivot pin
q   Bolt holds pivot pin in position
q   8 Nm
12 - Securing clip (spring steel), left-side
→ ETKA
13 - Brake pedal
q   Removing and installing; vehicles with manual gearbox → Chapter
q   Removing and installing; vehicles with automatic gearbox → Chapter
  WARNING
If possible, stop on brake pedal should always be left installed; otherwise mounting for brake light sensor could break off if brake pedal is released too abruptly.
14 - Bearing shell (is pressed into mounting)
q   For ball head of brake servo push rod
15 - Mounting
q   For ball head of brake servo push rod
q   With retaining lugs for ball head
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
16 - Nut
q   8 Nm
17 - Stop
  WARNING
If possible, stop on brake pedal should always be left installed; otherwise mounting for brake light sensor could break off if brake pedal is released too abruptly.
18 - Grommet
q   Only fitted on vehicles with automatic gearbox
