Removing and installing rear splash plate
Removing and installing rear splash plate
Removing
–  Raise the vehicle.
–  Remove wheels.
–  Remove rear brake disc → Chapter.
–  Remove bolts on splash plate.
–  Detach splash plate.
Installing
–  Fit splash plate.
–  Screw in and tighten bolts on splash plate.
–  Install rear brake disc → Chapter.
–  Clip brake hose and electrical wire into retainer on hub carrier.
  Note
Make sure that brake hose is properly clipped into retainer on hub carrier and securely seated. Otherwise, there is a risk that the brake hose will not remain in the retainer.
–  Fit wheels.
Tightening torque for wheel bolts → Rep. gr.44
–  Lower vehicle.
