- undo the screw (10) and disengage the lever (11) (with the control lever 12) which is fitted in a set position (similar to that described for the mixer flap) on the spindle of the top front distribution flap (13), and disengage the latter from the left half-casing; - undo the screw (14) and disengage the lever (15) (similar lever 8) from the spindle of the bottom distribution flap (16) and disengage the spindle with the flap (17) from the left half-casing;

Assembly and refitting

Carry out in reverse order the procedure described and illustrated for dismantling and removal, bearing in mind the following considerations. Before refitting the distributor disc (figure opposite), thoroughly lubricate the various grooves for operating the various levers with TUTELA ZETA 2 grease. Position the various levers as appropriate so that their operating pins (arrowed) line up with the holes on the distributor disc when the latter is fitted correctly on the sector gear (18), i.e. when the lug on the latter is inserted in the hole in the disc.
