Assembly and refitting

• undo the screws (9) which secure to the controls mounting the retaining plates of the sheaths of the three flexible cables (A-B-C), and disengage the cables from the sector gears (8) and lever (12);
• unplug the supply wiring connector (10) from the car interior climate control fan speed switch, and release the two bulb holders (11) from the mounting;

• working as appropriate, shift the controls mounting spring (13) laterally in the direction of the arrow so that it emerges from its seating on the heater-distributor assembly;

• undo the two screws arrowed in the figure at the bottom left, which secure, to the controls support mounting, the car interior climate control fan speed switch (14), and release the latter from the assembly.

Assembly and refitting

To reassemble and refit, reverse the procedure described for dismantling and removal.
