Both the dipped headlamps are not working when operated by the steering column switch unit

1. Bridge HR & CB coloured cables at connector B for steering col. switch unit 7
   • OK → Overhaul or replace steering column switch unit 7
   • Not OK
2. Check for voltage at the HR coloured cable, connector F pin 1 of the junction unit 4
   • Not OK → Restore the continuity of the HR coloured cable between the junction unit 4 & the steering col. switch unit 7
   • OK
3. Check the condition of the junction unit 4
   • Not OK → Overhaul or replace the junction unit 4

Both the dipped headlamps are not working with the main beam headlamps on

4. Bridge the R and HR coloured cables at the dipped headlamps relay 5
   • OK → Overhaul or replace the relay 5
   • Not OK
5. Bridge the R and LR coloured cables at relay 5
   • OK → Overhaul or replace the relay 5
   • Not OK
6. Bridge the N coloured cable at relay 5 with an earth
   • OK → Restore the continuity of the N coloured cable between the relay 5 and the earth on dashboard 22
