The outside lights are not working

Check condition of steering column switch unit 7 ➔ Not OK ➔ Overhaul or replace steering column switch unit 7

Check the condition of the ignition switch 12 ➔ Not OK ➔ Overhaul or replace the ignition switch 12

The side lights and the number plate lights are not working

Check the condition of fuses 2 and 3 in the junction unit 4 ➔ Not OK ➔ Check for a short circuit in the system and replace 2 and 3

Check for voltage at the G coloured cable, at connector G pin 5 of the junction unit 4 ➔ OK ➔ Check the condition of the control unit 4, overhaul it or replace it

➔ Not OK

Check for voltage at the G coloured cable for the ignition switch 12 ➔ OK ➔ Restore the continuity for the G coloured cable between the ignition switch 12 and the junction unit 4
