Preparing the spare part

  1. Trace and drill the new side member with a 5 mm point, as shown in the diagram.
  2. Clean the areas affected by the welding.

Positioning the replacement part

  1. Correctly position the replacement part, using the templates; match and block the components to be welded, using pliers.
