ESSENTIAL : Observe the safety and cleanliness recommendations [info icon].

1. Removing

ESSENTIAL : Respect the safety and cleanliness recommendations that are specific to high pressure diesel injection (HDi) engines [info icon].

CAUTION : Do not separate the pressure regulation valve from the turbocharger or slacken its fixings.

Place the vehicle on a 2-post lift.
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
Remove the turbocharger [info icon].

Remove :

  • The screws (4) of the EGR electrovalve cooler
  • The bolts (3)
  • The nuts (2)
  • The exhaust manifold (1)

2. Refitting
