3. Refitting (page 2 of 2)

CAUTION : Check the positioning of the hydraulic follower and roller rocker (16) assemblies.

Refit :

• The new camshaft carrier (15) seal
• The camshaft carrier (10) and camshaft (13); (14) assembly
• The 20 bolts (8)
• The 7 bolts (9)
• The injectors (5) for diesel engines
• The upper timing chain
• The exhaust gas recycling valve and heat exchanger (6) assembly
• The casing (4)
• The timing cover fixings (4)
• The dipstick (3)

Remove the tools [0191-B].

Refit :

• The 2 plugs (2) on the camshaft main bearing cap casing
• The accessories drive belt(s)
• The power unit assembly

CAUTION : Perform the operations that are required following a reconnection of the ancillaries battery.

Reconnect the ancillaries battery.
