CAUTION : Check that the timing chain (37) is tight between the sprockets (38), (35), (34).

CAUTION : The markings on the camshaft sprockets (34), (35) must be towards the engine.

Position the timing chain (37) on the camshaft sprocket (38), (35).

Refit :

• The camshaft gear (35)
• The (36) bolt (without tightening)

Position the timing chain (37) on the camshaft sprocket (34).

Refit :

• The camshaft gear (34)
• The (33) bolt (without tightening)

CAUTION : Check the position of the timing chain (37) on the chain pad (32).

Fit :

• The chain pad (40)
• The (41) bolt; Tighten to 4 ± 0,4 daN.m
• The hydraulic tensioner (39) (New); Tightening to 5 ± 0,5 daN.m

Tighten the bolt (29) to 13 ± 1,3 daN.m.
