2. Stripping (page 12 of 15)

CAUTION : Clean the high pressure fuel unions.

Remove the clips at "l".

Move aside the fuel return pipe (46).

Slacken the bolts of the fuel high pressure common rail.

N.B. : Apply a counter-torque (at "h").

Uncouple the fuel pipes (45).

Remove the cylinder reference sensor (47).

CAUTION : Mark the location of the diesel injectors (48).

Remove :

• The clamps (49)
• The nuts (50); Tighten to 2,8 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The diesel injectors bolt and clip (48)
• The diesel injectors (48); Using tool [9]
