Remove :

  • The vacuum pipe (60)
  • The mounting lug (62)

Remove the high pressure fuel supply pipe 64.
Disconnect the connector (at "l").
Remove :

  • The bolts (56)
  • The fuel high pressure common rail (57)
  • The lifting eye (59)
  • The bolts (63)
  • The inlet manifold (61) (with the seal)
  • The pre-heater plugs (58); Using tool [10]

Disconnect the connectors (at "n", "p").
Uncouple the fuel pipes (64) (at "m").
Remove :

  • The oil filter (68)
  • The bolts (65)
  • The heat exchanger (67) (with the seal)
  • The electric motor harness (69)
