CAUTION : Replace the fuel high pressure supply pipes that have been removed.

Refit :

• The pre-heater plugs (58); Using tool [10]; Tightening to 1 ± 0,1 daN.m
• The inlet manifold (61) (new seal)
• The bolts (63); Tighten to 3,0 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The lifting eye (59); Tightening to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The fuel high pressure common rail (57)
• The bolts (56) (Screw in without tightening)
• The fuel high pressure supply pipe (64) (new); Tightening to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m, Using the tools [11], [12], [13], [14]
• The mounting lug (62); Tightening to 3 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The vacuum pipe (60); Tighten to 3,5 ± 0,4 daN.m

Tighten the bolts (56) to 2,8 ± 0,3 daN.m.

Reconnect the connector (at "I").
