3. Re-assembling (page 6 of 11)

Refit :

• The thermostat (52) (new seal)
• The 4 bolts (53); Tighten to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The lifting eye (51); Tightening to 3 ± 0,3 daN.m

Reconnect the connector (at "k").

CAUTION : Refit the diesel injectors (48)(respect the marks made on removal) (Diesel injectors re-used).

Refit :

• The diesel injectors (48) (new seals)
• The clamps (49)
• The nuts (50); Tighten to 2,8 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The high pressure fuel pipes (45) (new) (apply a counter-torque at "h"); Tightening to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m; Using the tools [11], [12], [13], [14]
• The cylinder reference sensor (47); Tightening to 1 ± 0,1 daN.m
• The fuel return pipe (46)
• The clips (at "j")
