3. Re-assembling (page 8 of 11)

Refit the double flywheel (42). Fit :

• The tool [6]
• The 8 bolts (43) (new); Pre-tighten to 3 ± 0,390 daNm, then angular tightening 1 ± 1°
• The clutch mechanism; Using the tools [7], [8]

Remove the tool [6]. Refit :

• The exhaust gas recycling duct (41) (new seal)
• The 7 bolts (40); Tighten to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m

Refit :

• The exhaust manifold seal (new seal)
• The exhaust-turbocharger manifold assembly (39)
• The spacers with the nuts (37); Tighten to 2,5 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The lifting eye (34)
• The bolts (35); Tighten to 3 ± 0,3 daN.m
• The oil inlet union (36); Tighten to 3,5 ± 0,4 daN.m
• The oil outlet union (38); Tighten to 4,5 ± 0,5 daN.m
