Remove :

  • The circclip (13)
  • Filter (14)
  • The tool [0191-2A]
  • The timing cover (15)
Engine front assembly showing hydraulic tensioners (16, 17), camshaft gears (18, 19), bolts (20, 21), double sprocket (22), bolt (23), oil pump (24), chain pad (25), hydraulic tensioner (26), and tool [0191-2A].

Fit the tool [0191-2A].

Loosen the bolt (23) immobilising the double sprocket (22).

Remove :

  • The hydraulic tensioner (27)
  • The hydraulic tensioner (26)
  • The (16) bolt
  • The chain pad (25)
  • The (17) bolt
  • The camshaft gear (18)
  • The (20) bolt
  • The camshaft gear (19)
  • The timing chain (21)
  • The oil pump (24)
