GEARS - BUSHES

The teeth on the gears and the synchronizer engagement teeth should not show any signs of notches excessive wear.

HUBS - SLEEVES

Check that the hubs and relative sliding sleeves for 1st - 2nd, 3rd - 4th and 5th speeds have no marks whatsoever and that they slide easily without excessive clearance. The internal teeth of the sleeves should not shown signs of wear or they must be replaced.
