Removing

Position the vehicle on the ramp.

1. Undo the fuel filler pipe cap and remove it.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the fuel filler pipe (2b).

Removing

Position the vehicle on the ramp.

1. Undo the fuel filler pipe cap and remove it.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the fuel filler pipe (2b).

1.3 JTD 16v

Removing

Remove the car from the ramps.

1. Undo the fuel filler pipe cap and remove it.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the fuel filler pipe (2b).

- 1080E20 active carbon filter for fuel vapours - r + r

1. Open the fastening bands.

2. Disconnect the breather pipe from the tank.

3. Disconnect the fuel filler pipe complete with breather pipe and remove it.

1. Open the fastening bands.

2. Disconnect the breather pipe from the tank.

3. Disconnect the fuel filler pipe complete with breather pipe and remove it.

- 4450B08 right rear wheel r r

1. Open the fastening bands.

2. Disconnect the breather pipe from the tank.

3. Disconnect the fuel filler pipe complete with breather pipe and remove it.

Refitting

Connect the breather pipe and the fuel filler pipe to the fuel tank and renew the fastenings using the retaining bands.

- 1080E20 active carbon filter for fuel vapours - r + r

- 4450B08 right rear wheel r r

Fit the fuel filler pipe in the housing on the bodyshell and tighten the fixing bolts.

Tighten the fuel filler pipe cap.

Refitting

Connect the breather pipe and the fuel filler pipe to the fuel tank and renew the fastenings using the retaining bands.

- 4450B08 right rear wheel r r

Fit the fuel filler pipe in the housing on the bodyshell and tighten the fixing bolts.

Tighten the fuel filler pipe cap.

Fit the fuel filler pipe in the housing on the bodyshell and tighten the fixing bolts.

Tighten the fuel filler pipe cap.
