Removing-refitting lowering window glass

REMOVING-REFITTING LOWERING WINDOW GLASS

• Place the window in the closed position;
• remove the door panel and protective cover (see page 35);
• remove the trim on the door undoing the bolts shown;
• extract the external and internal glass trims;

• undo the bolts fixing the window opening device to the frame;

NOTE The inset shows the fixing bolt at the height of the door lock.

• place the window in the completely lowered position;
• remove the bolts fixing the window to the window opening support;
• working as illustrated in the diagram, turn the window and remove it from its housing;
• to refit reverse the order of the operations carried out for the removal.
