Refitting

  • Fit the insulating panel on the front cross member, then attach and hammer the tabs;
Series of diagrams showing the process of fitting and sticking the insulating panel to the rear rib and positioning the inner fabric
  • stick the ends of the panel to the rear rib using Bostik adhesive;

The rivets should be made from aluminium and the size is shown in the upper inset.

  • position the ends of the inner fabric on the edge of the insulating panel and fit the rivets in the position shown by the arrows;
    - refit the outer fabric following the instructions given on page 15 onwards.
