  • remove the rivet shown in the diagram, then separate the sliding guides from the seat frame.

Removing-refitting backrest adjustment knob spring

  • Remove the backrest adjustment knob, following the instructions given on page 31; acting as shown in the diagram, remove the backrest adjustment spring from the pin.
