OPERATIONS

0010T10 - ENGINE OIL - REPL.

• Refer to Op. 1084B04 LUBRICATION CIRCUIT - Internal engine flushing - Repl. oil and filter.

0010T12 - ENGINE OIL AND FILTER - REPL.

• Refer to Op. 1084B04 LUBRICATION CIRCUIT - Internal engine flushing - Repl. oil and filter.

0010T20 - "PARAFLU" FLUID - REPL.

• Position the vehicle on a shop jack.
• With the engine cold, remove the header tank plug.

Absolutely never remove the header tank plug when the engine is hot.

• Raise the vehicle.
• Remove the lower sleeve from the engine cooling radiator and drain the coolant fluid into a suitable container.

Engine coolant fluid harms paintwork: avoid any contact with painted surfaces.

• Insert the lower sleeve on the engine cooling radiator.
• Lower the vehicle.
• Open the engine cooling system vents.
• Fill the engine cooling system with fluid

• Close the engine cooling system vents.
• Assemble the header tank plug.
• Start the engine and take it to normal operating temperature to open the thermostat and release the remaining air from the system.
• With the engine cold, top up the coolant fluid in the header tank up to the MAX reference mark.
• Remove the vehicle from the shop jack.

0010T40 - MANUAL GEARBOX OIL - REPL.

• Set the car on a lift and raise it.
• Unscrew the gearbox filler cap.
• Unscrew the gearbox drain plug and collect the oil in a suitable container.

Do not discard oil in the environment, as the indiscriminate disposal of this product is a source of pollution.

• Clean the drain plug.
• Tighten the drain plug to the specified torque

• Fill the gearbox with oil through the filler hole
