• Check and, if necessary, top up the automatic clutch system fluid (refer to Op. 1820E08 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM of the automatic clutch - Air bleed and level setting).
• Carry Op. 5530B18 ELECTROLYTE FLUID - Density check and topping-up, if required.
• Check and, if necessary, top up the washer liquid (refer to Op. 5050A14 FUEL TANK CAP (in the hood) or SENSOR for washer liquid level - Checking and topping up, if required).
• Carry Op. 1088A10 ENGINE COOLANT - Density check and topping-up, if required.
• Carry Op. 0010T12 ENGINE OIL AND FILTER - Repl.
• Remove the vehicle from the shop jack.

• Position the vehicle on a shop jack.
• Check the tyres for the tread uneven wear.
  Some kind of tyres have a wear gauge; when these gauges appear the tyres should be replaced.

Do not exchange the tyres crosswise.

• Check the correct inflating pressure of the tyres, including the spare tyre.

Check the pressure when the tyres are cold.

• Perform Op. 4450B12 Front WHEELS (two) - R.R.
• Perform Op. 4450B13 Rear WHEELS (two) - R.R.
• Check visually the wear of the front disk brake shoes.
• Carry out Op. 3320B34 REAR BRAKE DRUMS - R.R.
• Check visually the rear brake drums shoes for wear.
• Carry out Op. 3330A20 BRAKES HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Repl. fluid - Incl. pipes washing and air bleed.
• Carry out Op. 3330A14 BRAKES HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Air bleed.
• Check the handbrake stroke (refer to Op. 3380A04 HANDBRAKE - Stroke Setting).
• Check the driveshaft, power steering and steering ball joint caps boots for scoring or breaking.
• Check the brake and fuel systems pipes/pipe fitting for leaks.
• Carry Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (one) - R.R.

• Check visually the generator belt for discontinuous wear and breaking.
• Check visually the air conditioner compressor for discontinuous wear or damage.
• Carry out Op. 1048A10 COMPLETE AIR CLEANER - R.R.
• Carry out Op. 1016A20 VALVE LIFTER COVER only - R.R. and Repl. sealing strip.
• Carry out Op. 1036H14 VALVE LIFTER - Play check.
• If necessary Carry out Op. 1036H18 VALVE LIFTER - Setting after play check.
• Remove the timing high cover (refer to Op. 1032D35 TIMING SYSTEM COMPLETE COVERS - R.R. for models with air conditioner).
• Check the timing belt condition.
• Install the timing high cover (refer to Op. 1032D35 TIMING SYSTEM COMPLETE COVERS - R.R. for model with air conditioner).
• Check and, if necessary, set the clutch pedal stroke: refer to Op. 1820A14 CLUTCH PEDAL - Stroke setting.
• Perform Op. 3330A10 BRAKE FLUID - Checking level and topping-up (if required).
• Carry Op. 5530B18 ELECTROLYTE FLUID - Density check and topping-up, if required.
