Mount the gear case guard.
Tighten the gear case guard screws to correct torque

Reposition the air conditioner compressor belt tightener.
Tension the air conditioner compressor belt and tighten the belt tightener screw to correct torque
Fastening Component Ø Value (daNm) - Screw BELT TIGHTENER M10 5.0
Check the air conditioner compressor belt tension with the tool

Measure Value - Tension (daN) 30 - 41
Tensioning value of new belt
Measure Value - Tension (daN) 48 - 60
Complete with Op. 1076B50 Exhaust PIPE attachment to engine/manifold- R+R.
Fit the engine compartment protection.
Fill the engine lubrication circuit with oil

Fit the oil level control rod.
Fit the engine oil inlet plug.
Connect the battery (-) terminal.

Remove the vehicle from the hoist.
1020A30 - ENGINE OIL DRAIN PLUG - REPLACE
Position the vehicle on a hoist.
Remove the engine oil inlet plug.
Remove the oil level control rod.
Unscrew the engine oil drain plug (1a) with tool (1b) and recover the engine oil in a suitable container

Use the tool to tighten the engine oil drain plug to correct torque
