  1. Disconnect the electrical connector for the butterfly valve position sensor.

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector for engine idle speed actuator.

  1. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the injectors.

  1. Withdraw the wiring sheath and tilt it backwards.

  1. Remove the engine oil filler plug.

  1. Undo the rocker cover bolts.
  2. Remove the rocker cover.
  3. Remove the rocker cover gasket.

Installation

  • Fit the gasket on the cylinder head.
  • Fit the rocker cover.
  • Tighten the bolts to torque.

  • Fit the wiring sheath in its seating.
  • Connect the electrical connectors for the injectors.
