• See Op. 1032B14 Toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement versions with air conditioner
• See Op. 1032D12 Timing system protective cover(s) - r + r
• See Op. 1016A20 Single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket
• Fit the coolant hose on the thermostat and secure it with its band.
• Fit the oil dipstick guide tube.
• Fit the cooant outlet hose to the inlet manifold and secure it with its band.
• Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant temperature sensor.

• Fit the wiring support bracket and tighten the fixing nuts.
• Tighten the engine earth lead nut.

• Connect the electrical connectors on the ignition coils (1a) cyl. 1-4 and (1b) cyl. 2-3.

• Fit the coil protection cover and tighten the fixing bolt.
• Connect the fuel delivery pipe.
• Connect the fuel vapour flow enablement solenoid electrical connection.

• Connect the electrical connector for the integrated air temperature-pressure sensor.

• Connect the brake servo vacuum pipe and secure it using the band.
• Connect the evaporation control pipe rapid attachment.
• Insert the end of the throttle cable in the throttle body.
• Insert the flexible cable in the reaction bracket.
• Fit the throttle cable adjustment retaining clip.
• See Op. 1068A10 Accelerator pedal control - check, adjust if necessary and lubricate
• Supply the engine cooling system with the recommended fluid.

• Tighten the cooling system vent cap.
• See Op. 1080D24 Engine oil vapour intake pipe - r + r
• Connect the battery negative terminal.

• Close the bonnet lid.
• Remove the vehicle from the ramp.
