• Follow Op. 1084B28 Engine oil intake PUMP - R+R. with crankcase sump removed
• See Op. 1004E20 ENGINE - Disassembly and re-assembly following Op. 1004E10 - Washing and check of disassembled parts - Cylinder head and oil sump refitting - Does not include repairs on cylinder head and auxiliary units

Refitting

• See Op. 1004E20 ENGINE - Disassembly and re-assembly following Op. 1004E10 - Washing and check of disassembled parts - Cylinder head and oil sump refitting - Does not include repairs on cylinder head and auxiliary units
• Complete with Op. 1084B28 Engine oil intake PUMP - R+R. with crankcase sump removed
• Complete with Op. 1020A26 CRANKCASE SUMP - R+R. clean sealing surfaces and apply sealant for cars with air conditioner
• Complete with Op. 1084B30 ENGINE OIL CARTRIDGE FILTER - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 1076B50 Exhaust PIPE attachment to engine/manifold- R+R.
• Complete with Op. 1032B44 TOOTHED DRIVE PULLEY - R+R. with timing belt removed
• Complete with Op. 1032B14 Tappet drive TOOTHED BELT - R.R. for timing of distribution or for replacement on version with air conditioner
• Complete with Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL HOUSING (one) - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 4450B10 Front WHEEL (one) - R.R.
• Complete with Op. 5540B10 HEADLAMP (one), lh or rh - R+R.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Complete with Op. 1084A10 ENGINE OIL - Level check and top up where necessary
• Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

Removal

1. Unscrew the engine oil intake pump screws.
2. Remove the engine oil intake pipe (2a) and the gasket (2b).

Refitting

• Install the engine oil intake pump with the gasket and fasten with its screws.

1084B30 - ENGINE OIL CARTRIDGE FILTER - R+R.

Removal

• Place the car on a hoist and raise it.

1. Unscrew the engine compartment protection screws.
2. Remove the engine compartment protection.

• Drain the engine oil from the sump(see Op. 1084B04 LUBRICATION CIRCUIT - Engine interior washing - Replace oil and filter).
