Refitting

(Cont. Op. 1084B12)

• Follow Op. 1084B10 ENGINE OIL PUMP - R+R with crank case sump removed.

Refitting

• Complete with Op. 1084B10 ENGINE OIL PUMP - R+R with crank case sump removed.
• Complete with Op. 1020A10 CRANK CASE SUMP - R+R e Replace gasket.
• Lower the vehicle.
• Connect the negative (-) battery terminal

• Complete with Op. 1084A10 ENGINE OIL - Level check and top up where necessary
• Remove the vehicle from the hoist.

1084B30 - ENGINE OIL CARTRIDGE FILTER - R+R.

Removal

• Place the car on a hoist and raise it.
• Drain the engine oil from the sump(see Op. 1084B04 LUBRICATION CIRCUIT - Engine interior washing - Replace oil and filter).

1. unscrew the engine oil cartridge filter using the relevant tool and remove

The used engine oil and replaced oil filter contain substances harmful for the environment. Place the oil and filter in the specific containers.

Refitting

• Moisten both faces of the new filter gasket with engine oil.
• Screw the engine oil cartridge filter by hand, fully tightening it.
• Lower the hoist.
• Open the engine compartment.
• Fill the lubrication circuit with oil

• Complete with Op. 1084A10 ENGINE OIL - Check level and top up if necessary.
• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the vehicle from the hoist.
