Reassembly

1. Slacken the screws (1a) and remove the gearbox rear cover (1b)

• Complete removing the 5^th speed gears following Op. 2110B20 MANUAL GEARBOX (5 speed)with differential - Disassembly and reassembly - Part wash check - Replacement if necessary of synchronisers and inner controls.

Reassembly

• Re-connect the 5^th speed gearsfollowing Op. 2110B20 MANUAL GEARBOX (5 speed) with differential - Disassembly and reassembly - Part wash check - Replacement if necessary of synchronisers and inner controls.
• Coat the specified sealant on the contact surfaces between the gearbox rear cover and the gearbox

• Assemble the gearbox rear cover and fasten it with the corresponding screws to the specified torque

• Clean the gearbox oil drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque

2. Slacken the gearbox oil filler cap.

• Fill with oil through the filler hole

• Make sure that the oil level reaches the lower edge of the filler hole.
• Clean the filler cap and tighten it to the specified torque

• Complete with Op. 7055B42 SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL ARCH (one) - R+R.
• Complete with Op. 4450B10 WHEEL (one) front - R+R.
• Lower the vehicle.
• Connect the battery (-) terminal

• Close the engine compartment.
• Remove the car body from the car lift.
