Refitting

(Cont. Op.3330B42)

1. Remove the steering shaft bracket fastening screws (1a) and nuts (1b).

• Remove the steering shaft bracket.

1. Disconnect the brake switch electric connection.

1. Remove the accelerator pedal from the pedal board.

• Position the vehicle on a shop jack.

• Raise the vehicle.

• Remove the pedal board fastening nuts.

• Lower the vehicle.

1. Remove the complete pedal board.

Refitting

• Position the vehicle on a shop jack.

• Raise the vehicle.

• Fasten the pedal board nuts.

• Lower the vehicle.

• Fit the accelerator wire on the pedal board.

• Connect the brake switch electric connections.

• Fit the steering shaft bracket.

• Fasten the steering shaft screws and nuts.

• Fasten the nut and remove the steering joint retainer screw.

• Refit the Fiat CODE system aerial ring on the ignition switch.

• Connect the ignition switch electric connections.

• Fasten the brake booster fastening nuts.

• Join the brake booster rod and brake pedal transmission rod.

• Refit the clutch wire.

• Fit the 3 brake booster guard fastening screws.

• Perform Op. 7040A10 - Dashboard panel - R.R.

• Perform Op. 7040L40 - Front door frame footboard (one), LH or DH, R.R.

• Perform Op. 5010C38 - Side air vent (one) LH or DH on dashboard R.R.

• Perform Op. 7040A37 - Fuse box cover on dashboard - R.R.

• Perform Op. 5040D22 - Climate control support (one)

• Perform Op. 7065C10 - CLIMATE CONTROL TAG - r.r.

• Perform Op. 7005M10 - Front door window winder switch (one), LH or DH, R.R.

• Perform Op. 7065C54 - Radio compartment R.R.
