Refitting

• Fit the brake booster in the engine compartment.
• Fasten the brake booster fastening nuts to the brackets.

• Join the brake booster rod to the brake pedal.
• Fasten the brake booster bracket guard.
• Perform Op. 7040L40 - Front door frame foot-board (one), LH or DH, R.R.
• Perform Op. 5010C38 - Side air vent (one) LH or DH on dashboard R.R.
• Perform Op. 7040A37 - Fuse box cover on dashboard - R.R.
• Perform Op. 5040D22 - Climate control support (one)
• Perform Op. 7065C10 - CLIMATE CONTROL TAG - r.r.
• Perform Op. 7005M10 - Front door window winder switch (one), LH or DH, R.R.
• Perform Op. 7065C54 - Radio compartment R.R.
• Perform Op. 5560B10 - ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANEL - r.r.
• Perform Op. 5520A10 - COMPLETE IGNITION SWITCH - R.R.
• Perform Op. 5550A10 - Steering column stalk complete R.R.
• Perform Op. 7040A26 - Steering column panel R.R.
• Perform Op. 4110A10 - Steering wheel - R.R. for replacement or checks
• Perform Op. 5550B10 - Horn command on steering wheel - R.R.

1. Check whether the adjustment screw projects from the front cover as prescribed when in home position.

2. The brake booster is adjusted by means of the screw located on the end of the rod.

• Insert the vacuum pipe on the brake booster.
• Perform op. 3330C10 - Master cylinder (pump) - R.R. - Separate brake air bleeding.
• Perform Op. 3330C66 - Brake force distributor R.R. - Adjustment and air bleeding.
• Perform Op. 3330C30 - Brake fluid reservoir - R.R. and washing inside.
• Perform Op. 3330A10 - Brake liquid - Check level and top-up, if required.
• Perform Op. 3330A14 - Hydraulic brake system - Air bleeding.
• Perform Op. 4450B10 - Front wheel (one) R.R.
• Perform Op. 4450B12 - Front wheels (two) R.R.
• Perform Op. 4450B11 - Rear wheels (one) R.R.
• Perform Op. 4450B13 - Rear wheels (two) R.R.
• Remove the vehicle from the shop jack.
