7065B10 - REAR SAFETY BELTS

Removal

  • Carry out Op. 7050A18 - BACKREST OF A REAR SEAT - R.R.
  1. Remove bolt covering plug(1a), unscrew safety belt lower fixing bolt (1b).

  1. Remove upwards bolt covering panel(1a), unscrew safety belt upper fixing bolt (1b).

  • Carry out Op. 7040H86 - REAR SHELF BRACKETS - FIXING.
  1. Unscrew fixing bolts (1a) and remove belt retraction reel covering panel (1b).
  2. Unscrew fixing bolt (2a) and remove retraction reel complete of belt (2b).

Refitting

  • Place retraction reel complete of belt, tighten fixing bolt to prescribed torque.

  • Place belt retraction reel covering panel.
  • Complete with Op. 7040H86 - REAR SHELF BRACKETS - FIXING.
  • Tighten safety belt upper fixing bolt to prescribed torque.

  • Tighten safety belt fixing bolt to prescribed torque.
