VIBRATING CUTTER

This tool consists of a grip containing an electric motor that generates oscillations that can be electrically regulated, and a set of blades suitable for the various body/ glass shapes.

To cut the seal strip, adjust the number of blade oscillations and the feed speed according to the conditions of use.

WARNING

It is important that during the cutting operations the blade always operates parallel to the glass and the bodywork to avoid breaking the blade. It is strongly recommended not to use lubricants when cutting and to always use sharp blades.

THERMAL CUTTER

The thermal cutter is a device that, for easier cutting of the seal, heats a blade, available in different shapes to operate according to requirements.. The blade temperature can be adjusted up to 700° C, but it is advised to work with a temperature around 150° C to avoid burning the seal, thus producing harmful fumes.

The cutter has, however, an intake system.

WARNING

It is important that during cutting operations the blade always works parallel to the glass and the bodywork to avoid breaking the glass or the blade.
