Refitting

  • Check the rear seat backrest in order to verify it is not damaged.
  • Position the backrest.
  • Tighten the side hinge fixing screws to the prescribed torque.

  • Place the the snap fasteners of the boot lid to the rear seat backrest.

The procedure for the backrest of the left rear seat is similar.

Removal

  1. Remove the snap fasteners(1a) of the boot lid trim to the backrest, using the tool (1b).

  1. Unscrew the fixing screws (1a) of the side hinge, withdraw the backrest (1b).

Refitting

  • Check the seat backrest so as to verify it is not damaged.
  • Position the backrest.
  • Tighten the fixing screws of the hinge to the prescribed torque.

  • Put the snap fasteners of the boot lid to the rear seat backrest.
